Stephanie began her cooking career working under a local chef who inspired her to enroll in the Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management program at STLCC Forest Park. Stephanie came to McKnight Place Extended Care with more than 20 years of food service management experience and over 30 years of professional cooking experience. Before joining McKnight Place Extended Care as our Executive Chef, Stephanie worked at our sister community, Parc Provence, as Executive Sous Chef. She has worked in senior living establishments for over a decade now. Stephanie truly loves what she does and this comes through as she prepares customized, healthy meals for our residents.
