While Patrice began working at McKnight Place in 2018 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, she quickly became a valued member of the nursing team through her dedication, leadership, and compassionate resident-centered care, demonstrating exceptional skill in resident advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality care management.
Prior to her current role, Patrice served as Care Plan Coordinator, where she managed individualized resident care plans, coordinated with healthcare providers and families, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards while supporting positive resident outcomes and continuity of care.
Patrice now serves as Assistant Director of Nursing, overseeing the Memory Care Unit and providing clinical oversight, staff mentorship, and operational support to ensure residents living with memory-related conditions receive safe, compassionate, and specialized care. She is proud to support McKnight Place’s commitment to dignity, quality of life, and excellence in long-term care service.
