Michael Barth is a highly experienced senior living professional and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator whose career began in high school at a local nursing community. He advanced through the field during college, gaining cross-departmental experience before becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 1985.
He has held a range of leadership roles, overseeing the daily operations of long-term care communities and providing consulting support to management companies across Illinois and Missouri, both as an interim and permanent administrator. He has also served as Executive Director at several Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), managing operations of up to 350 beds.
Michael brings extensive experience across all areas of senior living, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living, with strengths in regulatory compliance, census development, and project management. Notably, he played a key role in relocating a skilled nursing facility to a new campus in Chicago, where he also helped launch an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. In addition, he led the development of a Memory Care unit within an existing Assisted Living community on a CCRC campus in St. Louis.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in both Illinois and Missouri. Originally from the Metro East area, Michael now resides in Ballwin, Missouri.
