While Katherine currently serves as Social Worker at McKnight Place Extended Care, she has spent over a decade dedicated to the aging population. She initially gained extensive hands-on experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant early in her career, where she developed a deep appreciation and respect for older adults.
Prior to her current role, Katherine leveraged her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Master of Arts in Gerontology to develop specialized expertise in person-centered care. With extensive experience in healthcare social services, she brings a high level of insight and advocacy to her work.
Katherine is passionate about supporting older adults in maintaining their dignity and overall well-being. She remains committed to fostering an environment where every individual feels valued, heard, and supported.
