As Director of Facilities at McKnight Place Assisted Living, Jeff Leonard oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance for the McKnight Place Assisted Living community. Jeff leads a team of employees responsible for the daily upkeep of the facility, including resident’s rooms and common areas, as well as the exterior of the building. Additionally, he is responsible for coordinating the move-in and move-out process, assuring that the individual needs of each resident and their families are met throughout their transition.
Jeff brings with him twelve years of experience in varying management roles. He has worked in operations management, retail management, and procurement within various industries. His roles have included operations supervision and management, process improvement, quality assurance, and environmental and safety administration.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Missouri Science & Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management. He is a valued addition to our team as he uses his extensive experience to contribute to the safety and comfort of McKnight Place residents.
