Elizabeth Stotser is a Saint Louis, Missouri native. After graduating from Cor Jesu Academy, she moved to Springfield, Missouri to pursue her Masters degree in Healthcare Administration. Having worked with seniors throughout her education, Elizabeth became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. With over 10 years in Operations, she is excited to bring her passion and experience to McKnight Place.
Her goal is to continue and enhance the excellent care & customer service McKnight Place brings to every resident, family, guest, and employee that comes through our doors. Her philosophy of putting our residents first always has always driven her to pursue the best outcomes in service and care possible.
In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her 12-year-old daughter and cheering her on at her volleyball games. As animal lovers they also have a full house of German Shepherds and Pomeranians they get to enjoy the outdoors with.
