Donna began her career at McKnight Place as a charge nurse and was soon promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing. In her role, she supports the Director of Nursing by overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and assisting with administrative tasks and quality improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining McKnight Place, Donna served a variety of roles caring for seniors in independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, and memory care. She has managed all aspects of senior living communities with a history of compassionate care and growth. Her focus has always been to touch the lives of seniors and bring warmth and passion to everything she does.
In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with her two children and four, soon to be five, beautiful grandchildren. She also enjoys taking walks, the occasional Netflix binge, and anything that gets her outdoors in the sun. She never misses a Formula 1 Grand Prix and passionately cheers for George Russell, her favorite driver.
