With nearly 25 years of nursing experience, Dolores Haynes serves as the Director of Nursing at McKnight Place. Her career began in Hannibal, Missouri, where she spent nearly a decade as an emergency room nurse before advancing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in interventional cardiology. She later transitioned into long-term care, serving as a Regional Nurse and Director of Nursing for several communities throughout Missouri.
Dolores is dedicated to cultivating a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting and developing strong clinical teams.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, children, and grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling, especially to Spain whenever she has the opportunity.
