Since joining McKnight Place Assisted Living as Director of Social Services in November 2025, Briana has continued her lifelong commitment to supporting individuals through life’s many transitions.
Briana earned her Bachelor of Social Work in 2020 and her Master of Social Work in 2024. She has worked in a variety of social work settings, including services for children, teens, and adults with disabilities, hospice care, and geriatrics.
Born and raised in St. Louis and a proud graduate of University City High School, Briana is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and providing compassionate support that helps residents feel valued, understood, and empowered. Briana is honored to serve the McKnight Place community by advocating for residents and their families, fostering an environment where everyone feels at home. She finds great fulfillment in walking alongside others during important life changes and celebrating the moments that bring joy and purpose each day.
Outside of work, Briana enjoys spending time with her daughter, trying new recipes in the kitchen, exploring local restaurants and shops, and making memories with family and close friends.
