Ansley McMahon

Ansley brings a strong passion for senior living and a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults. She began her career in senior living in 2020 in resident activities, where she quickly discovered how meaningful it was to build relationships with residents and be part of their daily lives. That early experience shaped her passion for senior living and inspired her to pursue a career in healthcare administration.

Ansley earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration in 2023 and her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University in 2025. She joined McKnight Place in July 2025 and has continued to develop her leadership and administrative experience while remaining closely connected to the residents and families she serves.

In her role as Assistant Administrator, Ansley is dedicated to contributing to the exceptional care, service, and sense of community that make McKnight Place special. Above all, she considers spending time with residents one of the most rewarding aspects of her work and is honored to serve the McKnight Place community.
