Ajai Ewing, RN

While Ajai serves as Assistant Director of Nursing and Registered Nurse, she has spent over nine years dedicated to the nursing profession, initially gaining extensive hands-on experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse before advancing into clinical leadership.

Prior to her current role, Ajai developed specialized expertise in clinical care, staff coordination, and resident and family advocacy, successfully transitioning from LPN to RN while continuing to grow into senior leadership roles within nursing management.

Ajai’s personal mission to provide comfort, compassion, and quality care to residents and families was inspired by watching her mother spend time in the hospital before she passed away, underscoring her deep-rooted commitment to excellence in the long-term care setting.
