As the Business Office Director, Heather Jones ensures our residents receive the highest quality of care through supporting them and McKnight Place staff with all business or human resource
related needs.
Heather is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Sociology, and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. She began her career in Human Resources in 2011, due to her affinity for employee relations. Through experience and education, she aspires to handle all business matters with excellence, efficiency, and professionalism.
Heather is a constant source of positive energy, who strives with much determination to ensure the best outcomes for all.
